DESIGN PROCESS:

• Getting Started: Gather photographs & articles that help determine your style.  Having a budget in mind, a rough sketch, and dimensions of your space will help as well. Begin to think about the requirements that you will need for your space. 
  
  
• The Design: Our designers will design a conceptual layout, and preliminary price from your blueprints or measurements. We will come to your home and take measurements of the space(s) to modify any changes that need to be made to the plan. 
  
  
• Completing the Design: The designer will help you every step of the way in your project.  This includes picking your cabinetry, flooring, countertops, hardware, fixtures and appliances.
  
  
• The installation Process:  We have a full-service construction team that will work together in completing your entire project starting with tear-out, the moving of any walls or architectural features, installing your cabinets, to the small details that make the whole project come together. 

 

KITCHEN RENOVATION SCHEDULE:
After all the plans are approved, selections are made, materials are ordered and received, the construction process begins!

• Week One:      
• Removal of existing cabinetry, soffits, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. 
• Electrical and plumbing preparation. 
• Drywall. 
• Clean up and debris removal.
• Week Two:      
• Install unfinished floor. 
• Deliver and begin installation of the cabinetry.
• Week Three:   
• Finish the cabinetry installation.
• Deliver appliances and plumbing fixtures. 
• Template is made for the countertops.
• Week Four:
• Finish the flooring.
• Week Five:
• Installation of countertops.
• Installation of backsplash.
• Installation of plumbing fixtures and appliances.

 

MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATION SCHEDULE:
After all the plans are approved, selections are made, materials are ordered and received, the construction process begins!

• Week One:
• Removal of existing tile, cabinetry, mirrors, and plumbing fixtures.
• Electrical and plumbing preparation.
• Drywall.
• Clean up and debris removal.
• Week Two:
• Mud the shower and the floor.
• Begin installation of flooring.
• Week Three:
• Finish the flooring.
• Week Four:
• Finish any electrical work, and install light fixtures.
• Week Five:
• Install countertops.
• Install mirrors.
• Install shower enclosure.
• Install all plumbing fixtures.
